Corrpi Infratech was founded five years ago by a first-generation entrepreneur who began her real estate journey in sales and marketing — learning the industry from its foundations before building a consultancy capable of advising on its most complex transactions.
With an academic background from MIT World Peace University and Banyans University, and early career experience at CNN-News18, our founder brought an uncommon combination of analytical rigour, communication depth, and global perspective to Pune's real estate market.

An alumna of MIT World Peace University and Nanyang University Singapore, Payal Bhardwaj brings rare depth to Corrpi Infratech — combining global academic exposure, international project experience, and an intimate understanding of Pune's real estate culture. She began her career as a journalist and worked with CNN-News18, a foundation that sharpened her analytical thinking, storytelling, and ability to read markets with clarity. Transitioning into real estate, she started from the ground up — in sales and marketing for real estate projects — before building Corrpi into the full-spectrum consultancy it is today. Over the past five years as a proud entrepreneur, she has cultivated close working relationships with first, second, and third-generation Pune developers, earning trust across generations of the city's most respected real estate families. A key contributor to India's nation-building vision for 2047, she holds a high-calibre national network and brings both international market awareness and deep cultural roots to every mandate. Off the desk, she is an avid chess and badminton player, a passionate follower of political economies and emerging global trends, and an inspired voice for India's youth.
